Font projects
We process your descriptions, style images and handwriting photos to create your fonts. Project files are private, and downloads require your account. Generation providers receive only the inputs needed for your task. Public examples are separate from your projects.
Payments
The payment service handles your payment details. We record purchase and subscription IDs, payment status and credits to keep your balance up to date. Your card details aren’t stored in your font projects.
Your account
When you sign in, our account service receives your email. Cookies keep you signed in.
Site visits
We use analytics and session recordings to understand visits and navigation. A shared cookie connects visits across Handwriting AI and FontKind AI; your account ID connects your activity when you sign in. Recordings show page layouts, clicks and scrolling, with text and input values masked. Photos, filenames, font content and text you enter are excluded. Hosting services may process basic information about page requests.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and project data as needed to provide the service, keep your fonts available and maintain your account. You can request deletion of your account or project data by contacting support. We may retain limited records needed for billing, security or legal obligations. Backup copies are removed through our regular backup lifecycle.
